  • A judge ruled that Tiny Heirloom committed Financial Elder Abuse by taking an elderly woman's money with no intention of building her home. A judgement in the amount of $480,000+ was awarded against Tiny Heirloom, Jeremy Killian and Ryan Donato.
  • Many people have filed complaints with the Oregon Dept. of Justice. One woman, a Marine Corps veteran said she lost 1/2 of her life savings paying Tiny Heirloom for a tiny house she never received.
