• Dozens of litigation filed against Tiny Heirloom, Jeremy Killian and Ryan Donato for taking customers money and not building homes, unpaid loans and unpaid materials.

• A judge ruled that Tiny Heirloom committed Financial Elder Abuse by taking an elderly woman's money with no intention of building her home. A judgement in the amount of $480,000+ was awarded against Tiny Heirloom, Jeremy Killian and Ryan Donato.

• Many people have filed complaints with the Oregon Dept. of Justice. One woman, a Marine Corps veteran said she lost 1/2 of her life savings paying Tiny Heirloom for a tiny house she never received.

• According to the Oregon Dept. of Revenue both Jeremy Killian and Ryan Donato are some of the highest delinquent taxpayers in the state, owing more than $336,000. **** The IRS has a federal tax lien against Jeremy Killian for more than $540,000.

• A former Tiny Heirloom employee disclosed that she saw firsthand that Tiny Heirloom took deposits from customers for homes that were never built. She also disclosed that there were a lot of complaints.
